Apple does a great job keeping us guessing on when to expect the newest and most innovative smartphone on the planet. With the iPhone 7s looking like it’s be launched in the summer of 2017, we’ve decided to take the time to tell you all there is to know. With expectations of a summer release, we literally draw you a picture detailing when to expect the 7s, what may delay it, and what countries will be seeing Apple’s 2017 flagship.
Like with other releases before it, the iPhone 7S release date can be accurately predicted because Apple follow a very specific release cycle for their mobile devices. In this article we’ll be talking about the release date for the iPhone 7S and any complications that could push back the release date.
Most likely iPhone 7s Release Date
Usually Apple will hold an event for the new iPhone devices each year within the first two weeks of September. We expect that the same thing will happen for the iPhone 7S. If things go to planned, this event will also unveil the iPhone 7S release date.
In the past we’ve seen different dates for the first unveiling event for new iPhones, but it’s usually during the second week of September. After the event in 2017, the iPhone 7S should be available roughly one week later, although pre-orders will open up straight away.
Potential Complications that Could Delay the iPhone 7s Release Date
There are a few potential complications that could alter the iPhone 7S release date. Firstly, production issues may mean that potential iPhone 7S owners may have to wait longer than first anticipated so that more units can be created.
There may be some potential issues with shipping or distribution too and this could affect the time frame that the iPhone 7S reaches different countries across the world.
Availability by Country
Even though Apple uses a single date for their iPhone releases, the availability in different countries usually differs. Sometimes some countries will have to wait up to two months after the release of a new iPhone before they will have it available.
If your country is in North America, Europe, Russia, Japan, Australia or New Zealand, you’ll likely have the iPhone 7S available in your country during the first month of release. South America, some Middle Eastern countries and some Asian countries will have the iPhone 7S available within the next three months.
