In this article we’ll be touching on the features of the iPhone 7S Apple Pay that are available as part of the latest iOS update for the new iPhone. Apple Pay has become a widely accepted method of payment and most retailers now offer contactless payments from Apple Pay and other alternatives.
Set Up Your Cards
Like previous versions of the app, the iPhone 7S Apple Pay features the ability to upload details for all of your most used debit card, credit cards and other forms of payment. If you usually pay for different items on different cards, Apple Pay will be able to simplify things for you. When you next make a payment with Apple Pay on the iPhone 7S, you can choose which card to use and then continue with your contactless payment.
As long as all of your details for each of your cards is up to date, payments will go through smoothly. Apple Pay isn’t just useful for contactless payments in shops either. In fact, you can use Apple Pay on the iPhone 7S to quickly pay for items within applications and online too.
Touch ID One Touch Payment
To further speed things up whilst paying for items in a store or a restaurant, the newest Apple Pay features one touch payment via the iPhone 7S Touch ID. If you’ve set up the fingerprint sensor on the iPhone 7S you will quickly be able to make a one touch payment by placing your finger on the finger sensor when prompted to. The speed of which a payment is completed via Touch ID is now faster than it ever has been thanks to the improvements to the hardware in the new iPhone 7S.
Pay With Apple Watch
If you pair up your iPhone 7S with the latest Apple Watch you are also able to make quick payments straight from the Watch. The Apple Pay app on the Apple Watch can sync up to all of your details on your iPhone so you can pay for things without even having to reach into your pockets. The 2017 launch of Apple’s iPhone 7s is also expected to be accompanied by the Apple Watch 3 which is expected to be revealed around the same time.
